Carla is an elegant, dynamic woman who gives her unconditional support to her husband, François, a politician in the middle of an election campaign. They’ve been a solid couple for 30 years. Their well-established life revolves around François, but when Carla opens a letter that day with some unusual news, all that stability is about to be called into question. And as if disaster were not enough, Louise, their adopted daughter, arrives with news about her that is more upsetting than reassuring. This tsunami of revelations will make everyone aware of their beliefs and their place in the family, and reveal their true colours.
